Design Notes:
Female: 32 years old.
Originating from Solaceon town, since she grew up watching the Lost Tower she often uses Ghost Pokémon.
However, for some reason her Gym has a quizzical flavour to it.
She has an involvement with contests, & she has the appearance of & conducts herself like that of a Takarasienne.
(In order to tie contests into the scenario).
