Due to their unfussy diet, Punibara were able to populate almost every habitat in Okeno. Their favorite food is berries, and they play an important role in the dispersion of seeds.
Name origin: puny + capybara
Originally, this and its evolution were hamsters/guinea pigs, named Cubble, from cute and nibble... and Incister, from incisors and insisting... (fear). To make the dex feel more flavorfully brazilian, they were changed to capybaras. Surprisingly, the designs didn't change much at all!
