AlroThe gen 5 manga is kinda boring and miserable for a while. Kusaka did not like black and white and it shows, and then he just stopped writing it altogether. Then XY came out and reinvigorated Kusaka's love for the franchise and he dropped XY manga which woopers hard and then went back and wrote the second half of BW manga as well as BW2 manga and you can tell exactly where the break was because it just leaps up in quality by a thousand miles
