A well-known researcher and the boss of Team Flare, Lysandre despairs at ugly conflicts in the world. His goal is to create a world where only the chosen ones remain.

Team Flare Boss is the descendant of the younger brother who put the destructive weapon to sleep. He is very dissatisfied that his descendants are not appreciated by the world. He believes that the older brother who became a god was right, and that the younger brother put the weapon to sleep for his modern-day self.
And finally, he obtains the legendary Pokemon.

He is the opponent in the final battle at the Team Flare hideout of the protagonist. He completes the destructive weapon through his obsession. It is said that the destructive weapon can either destroy the world or bring people back to life. He believes that he should wipe out the corrupt world and rule it himself. Power is everything.
