With a nihilistic attitude and a mohawk-style hairstyle, his age seems unknown from the outside.
He loves Pokemon battles, and doesn't care much about winning or losing.
He also doesn't care much about his rank among the Elite Four.
In fact, he thinks being in 4th place is better because he can fight various trainers as the first one.
