Made by Marshlands. Free to use, but give it only to Pokémon that are based on reef life, or that are ocean protectors (like legendaries with a protection theme). If the redirection happens and the attacks are taken by the Reef Barrier user, the stats get raised after damage. Stats aren't raised if no damage is taken.
