[Something that is a straight boost to Light-type and light-based moves would probably be better though.]

The main legendary and primary mascot of Pokemon Treasures, and by far its most enduring creation to this day. The story, vague and incomplete as it was, was in a vaguely Greece-themed region where a cult that worshiped Albinos was trying to unseal it and discover mysteries of an ancient society. Had some links to Hurricrane and Unown Ra that were never fully fleshed out.
