Cloak: Increases evasion during darkness / at night [Ability 1]

Was never given full stat sets during its time, like most of the next section. This section through Medugon is for displaying extra works by Cuddles, one of the more prolific artists on the Treasures project. They did most of their sprite-work on giant sheets where they drafted new ideas.

Vassassark was a regular fixture of the large dex sprite sheets that sometimes ends up on the proper dex and sometimes doesn't, depending on who made it. Most info is new with assists from TCV who is helping out with this project.
