Premise is simple. An entire City purposely built on the Seafloor rather than just shipwrecks and underwater ruins. The City, however, has a basis, but it's from another game, versus a real place. That location being the City of Rapture. And I mean the buildings being art deco and there being glass tunnels connecting them. I don't know if anyone here has trouble making that architectural style in 16X16 tile.
And i mean building tiles based those assets hey use to depict the exteriors of other buildings in each of the levels:
question here is if anyone is interested in doing such a tileset
