I think I'm stuck.
At Easter Island, I froze while using the feather to evolve Togetic, so I reloaded and I have a Togetic and no feather. I talked to the guardian, but it just says the normal stuff, not giving me another one. As it is snowing, I can't leave the region.
I think you can actually reset the region. Wiping out your progress of course, but better than waiting for it to be fixed. Just go through Shop in the main menu
